Vincent Richard

Vincent Richard underwent his undergraduate studies in Angers (France), during which he had the opportunity to participate in an Erasmus program in Toruń (Poland). Vincent completed his master’s degree in private international law and international trade law at Panthéon-Assas Université. He then worked as a researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Procedural Law in Luxembourg where he wrote a doctoral thesis on default judgments in the European judicial area under the dual supervision of Gilles Cuniberti (professor at the University of Luxembourg) and Loïc Cadiet (professor at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne). Vincent is specialised in private international law, procedural law and consumer law. He is currently working as a litigation lawyer in Luxembourg.
